The place
Stone walls, cactus, parasols and a horizon that never ends.
Gyroscopio sits on the road above the beach at Sisi, one terrace of flagstones and flowerpots between the mountains and the water. Come up from the sand for a cold coffee, stay for lunch, watch the light go orange over the bay.
The menu is small on purpose: a handful of things, all made properly. The owner will probably greet you himself.
